How billing works
Trial & credits
One trial per organization. One invoice credit covers one successfully posted Production invoice. Included allowance is used first; failed posts do not consume it. Credits are retained when a subscription expires; renew before Production posting.
Working with a firm
A firm may allocate an included company slot or arrange an extra slot paid by the firm or the company owner. Customer-paid slots require explicit acceptance. Company ownership and its own subscription remain separate.
Stay in control
A company owner can withdraw from a firm without firm approval. Firm-derived access ends; company records, ownership and credits stay with the company. A new connection requires fresh consent.
