What is included in the free plan?
Production invoice allowance
Up to 50 successfully posted Production invoices per calendar month. Known failures do not consume the allowance; unknown outcomes remain reserved until resolved.
Renewing monthly access
Your free allowance renews for each calendar month. Unused invoices do not roll over. Sandbox posting does not consume Production allowance.
How to start free FBR Digital Invoicing
- Create a DI Gateway account and complete the sign-in process.
- Set up your Company's legal details and its FBR connection.
- In Organization → Plans & Billing, choose Free. It activates immediately.
- Prepare customers and items, create an invoice, validate it and post through your active environment.

Free FBR Digital Invoicing: common questions
Is this FBR Digital Invoicing tool really free?
Yes. DI Gateway's Free plan costs PKR 0 for one Company user and up to 50 Production invoices per calendar month. No card or payment details are collected to activate it.
Does the free plan require administrator approval?
No. The Company owner selects Free and activation is immediate. Paid-plan requests require approval by a platform administrator before they start.
What happens after 50 Production invoices?
You can still view your records, but further Production posting is blocked until the next calendar-month allowance or an approved paid upgrade. Switching plans does not reset this month's free usage. Invoice credits do not extend the free tier.
Can I use the free tier for multiple Companies?
The free tier is available for one Company per Organization and one direct Company user. Firm staff, additional users and additional Company subscriptions are separate plan arrangements.
Is DI Gateway an official FBR service?
DI Gateway is independent software. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or operated by Pakistan's Federal Board of Revenue (FBR).
